June 24th - Bonus American Miles for Hotels Booked on AA.com
Through July 31, AAdvantage members will earn 1,000 bonus miles for every eligible hotel stay of three or more nights booked on AA.com and completed by December 31.

More Airline Miles for Hyatt Stays
Through August 31, members of the programs of American, Continental, Delta, Midwest, United, and US Airways will earn 3,000 miles for eligible Hyatt stays of two or more nights. That's six times the normal earning rate. Members of Southwest's program also receive six times the normal rate: three credits.

Marriott Offers Free Nights at Foreign Hotels
Between June 25 and September 7, Marriott Rewards members can earn a free night when staying at approximately 300 participating JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Renaissance, and Courtyard hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and South America.
Members receive the third night free when booking a minimum of three weekend nights (Thursday through Sunday) at city hotels; one free night with resort stays of four or more nights; or a free mid-week night when staying three or more nights at London hotels.

Virgin Adds Rental Cars to Elevate Program
Virgin America has taken a small step toward building out its Elevate program with the addition of Avis and Budget as accrual partners.
Effective immediately, Elevate members can earn one point for every dollar spent, plus a discount, on Avis and Budget rentals.
In both cases, "Airline flight is required to earn points within 24 hours of pick up of vehicle" and "Frequent flyer surcharge of up to $0.75 USD per day may apply."
Both companies are offering bonus points for rentals completed through July 31: 100 bonus points for Avis rentals of three or more days; double points for Budget rentals up to five days, or 250 bonus points for rentals of six or more days.

June 10th - Cathay Pacific Triples the Miles to Hong Kong
Between June 15 and August 15, members of the Asia Miles, AAdvantage, and Mileage Plan programs can earn triple miles for round-trip first or business-class flights on Cathay pacific between North America (Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Vancouver) and Hong Kong. Registration is required, by July 30.
The actual miles between New York and Hong Kong, as an example, is 16,118. In the Asia Miles and Mileage Plan programs, there's a 50% class-of-service bonus for first class, bringing the total to 24,178. Triple that, and the total number of miles earned for the trip is 72,534.
Again, first and business class (F, A, J, C, D, or I) only!

Choice Hotels Offers Summer Bonuses
Through August 13, members of the Choice Privileges program can earn a $50 cash card or double points, depending on which of the chain's hotel brands are used.
The cash card is awarded after every third qualifying stay at any Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion, Cambria Suites, or Ascend Collection property included in the Choice Privileges program.
For its economy and extended-stay brands, Choice is offering program members double Choice Privileges points for stays at MainStay Suites, Suburban Extended Stay, Econo Lodge, and Rodeway Inn hotels in the U.S. and Canada.
In both cases, reservations must be made at choicehotels.com or 1-800-4CHOICE.

Hilton Offers 2-for-1 at Asia-Pacific Hotels
Travelers staying at any of 46 participating Hilton family hotels in the Asia-Pacific region will receive one free night for every paid night on eligible bookings made through July 31 for stays completed by August 31.
Among the promotion's terms: "Full prepayment by credit card is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be modified."

US Air Responds to Delta Shuttle Bonus
Between June 10 and August 15, Dividend Miles members will earn 2,500 bonus miles for every one-way shuttle flight between New York, Boston, or Washington D.C. Registration is required.
The promotion is clearly in response to a similar shuttle bonus from Delta. But Delta's offer is only in effect through July 26, so US Airways customers have an extra three weeks to earn more miles. American is offering a 2,500-mile bonus for American Eagle flights between New York and Boston, also through July 26.

June 3rd - Up to 40K Bonus Aeroplan Miles for N. America Flights
Through September 7, Aeroplan members can earn up to 40,000 bonus miles on qualifying Air Canada or Air Canada Jazz flights within North America. Offer applies to flights between select cities in Canada and the U.S., including Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Newark, Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
Members earn 3,000 bonus miles for four one-way flights, 4,000 additional bonus miles for eight one-way flights, 8,000 additional bonus miles for 12 one-way flights, and 25,000 additional bonus miles for 16 one-way flights -- for a cumulative total of 40,000 miles.

American Offers Bonus for New York-Boston Flights
Responding in part to Delta's bonus for shuttle flights, American is offering 2,500 bonus miles each way for American Eagle flights between New York LaGuardia and Boston, through July 26.

Asia Miles Discounts Upgrades, Companion Awards
Between July 17 and August 14, members of the Asia Miles program can book upgrades or companion awards on eligible Cathay Pacific or Dragonair flights for 20% fewer miles.
While it's a pretty small window of opportunity -- less than a month -- it's better than the proverbial poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
