Then “All Aboard” the Canyon Spirit, previously known as the Rocky Mountaineer, for the Rockies to Red Rocks three-day excursion:

Day 1: Travel by train from Denver to the quaint town of Glenwood Springs. Highlights include crossing the Continental Divide, the historic Moffat Tunnel, and impressive canyons such as Glenwood, Gore, and Byers. Spend the evening exploring the town of Glenwood Springs or relaxing in your hotel room. (Breakfast, lunch, and snack included onboard.)

 

Day 2: Board the train in Glenwood Springs to continue the journey west to the town of Moab including crossing the Utah-Colorado border, Debeque Canyon, and Ruby Canyon. Enjoy your evening at leisure with overnight stay in Moab. (Breakfast and snack included onboard.)

 

Day 3: Travel by train from Moab to the historically rich and vibrant city of Salt Lake City. Highlights include impressive Castle Gate, the beauty of Price Canyon, the historic Thistle Tunnel before seeing the Wasatch Mountains as you approach Provo and head into Salt Lake City.

Upon arrival in Salt Lake City, motor coach to hotel for three-night stay in the city. Tour of Salt Lake City including The State Capitol, Temple Square, The Avenues, University of Utah, and more. Lunch included before afternoon visit to Little Cottonwood Canyon. Free time at City Creek Center. Explore Great Salt Lake and Antelope Island State Park. Visit Utah Olympic Park for tour. Farewell dinner at a local restaurant before flights home the next day.
