Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s organic style of architecture that designed structures in harmony with nature and their surroundings, this tour blends visits to two iconic Wright-designed homes (Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob) with a scenic tasting stop at a winery that celebrates the natural beauty and fresh flavors of the terroir of Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands.
Motor coach to Frank Lloyd’s Wright’s Fallingwater – a 1935 home with a waterfall that flows through it. Enjoy lunch at the River’s Edge Café before visiting Frank Lloyd Wright’s other masterpiece – Kentuck Knob. This hexagonal structure, completed in 1956, is one of the last homes completed by Wright.
Next, taste exquisite wines with a slice of pie at Greendance, the Winery at Sand Hill before motor coach home.
Includes: roundtrip motor coach, tours of both Wright-designed homes, lunch, and wine tasting..
