Did You Know?!? It's FREE!


I have had the honor of being UNIGLOBE’s Magical Concierge for a year and half now. It has been wonderful and I have met so many amazing clients! Also, it is always a fun conversation, while out and about, when the inevitable “What do you do for work?” conversation comes up!

One thing that always surprises me in these conversations is how often I hear that people book their own vacations directly with Disney. It has become apparent to me that a common assumption is that there is a fee associated with using a Travel Agency. I am happy to dispel that myth and report that there is NO FEE to book with UNIGLOBE! The agency is paid through a commission from Disney, with no charge to our clients. You would pay the same price booking with us as you would directly on your own.

This means my services are FREE.

So, if it costs the same, why should you book your vacation with UNIGLOBE? The better question is why wouldn’t you!?

For all Disney vacations, you receive my individualized dedication to enhancing your trip.

  • I keep track of all client travel dates, when their dining window opens, when FastPass+ can be reserved.

  • I help you get your My Disney Experience account set up and your resort reservations linked.

  • I send reminders several weeks in advance of the dining window (180 days prior to check in date) and offer recommendations.

  • I also send you a file containing the officially scheduled park hours during your stay and event times to plan around (as well as send you updates should Disney update the operating hours).

  • As we approach your FastPass+ reservation time (60 days in advance of check in date), I will send you a file of FastPass+ options by theme park with highlighted time-saving suggestions geared to your party dynamics, with height requirements (if any) included.

  • I tailor all recommendation for your unique situation - a party of adults will want a different schedule than a family with 3 young children.

For those new to Disney- sometimes you are not even sure which questions to ask to get the most of your trip. I do! I will ask if you want to meet characters and let you know where to find them. I will ask if you would prefer to buy an autograph book or perhaps have the characters all sign a picture frame mat as a keepsake instead. I will remind you of the important things you will want to bring into the park with you. I will ask if you prefer to stay on the first floor in your resort and I will make room location requests for you. I will help you coordinate your schedule to be cohesive and smooth so you are not wasting time running back and forth across the park or from resort to park to restaurant and back. I will help you reserve a stroller, or arrange for grocery delivery to your room, should you desire.

Please do not be mistaken- my services are not just for the “newbies”. Even if you have visited Walt Disney World many times and “know the drill”, there is always something new to do. Either new attractions have been added since your last visit or there is something you have not yet gotten to experience.

  • I can recommend special tours, places with the best snacks, tips for getting the most out of your day, or tips for RELAXING (which can be hard to do in a rather fast paced place)!

  • I stay up to date on all the changes and upcoming opening dates.

  • I will notify you of special party dates to coincide with your trip such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

  • I assist with ticket purchase and linking to your My Disney Experience account.

  • Perhaps being thrifty is important to you; I have acquired some great money saving tips over the years to pass on to you.

  • Regarding dining, even if you are fluent in the booking of table service meals, I am available to repeatedly check for openings on your behalf at your MUST DO location that was perhaps initially unavailable.

I am also able to assist with the traveling aspect of your vacation. Some guests prefer to fly while others choose to drive. I am quite familiar with both options and the advantages/disadvantages to each. I can answer any questions you have regarding Disney’s free Magical Express service and reserve it or we can arrange other transportation if you desire. Alternatively, I can offer my expertise on that 15 hour drive (from Wheeling, WV). I can recommend good places to stop for the night, traveling apps that make the drive a bit easier, and tips for keeping children content throughout the journey.

Even if you have booked your own upcoming Walt Disney World vacation directly and would like to take advantage of our services, in most cases you are still able transfer it to UNIGLOBE. Reservations made within the last 30 days and not yet paid in full are typically transferrable. Nothing in your reservation will change - your confirmation number, any dining reservations or special requests you may have made- they all transfer over as well! Just give us a call and will help you with the transfer and all your planning needs!

While most of our clients are visiting Walt Disney World resort in Florida, we do also offer Magical Concierge Service for Disney Cruise Lines and Disneyland in California. And for those ready for more, we can assist with Adventures by Disney for domestic or global adventures! And in addition to all these EXCEPTIONAL reasons to use our services, you have the bonus feel good motive of supporting an EXCELLENT long standing local business!
